BRANDON
Brandon has been working in the HVAC industry since 2019. He grew up in Eureka and graduated from Eureka High School. When he’s not at work, he likes to go camping, mountain biking & spend time on his motorcycle.
BRYAN
Bryan has been working in the Plumbing industry since 2013. He is licensed for plumbing and backflow protection in Iowa and Illinois, as well as medical gas. He is our journeyman plumber and comes from a military background. Bryan spent a lot of time traveling the country with the U.S. Air Force. He grew up in Rock Island and graduated from Rock Island High School.
NATHAN
Nathan began his career in the HVAC industry in 2021. He grew up in Galva, IL and graduated from Galva High School. When he’s not working, he enjoys watching football (Chicago Bears & Illinois fan) and woodworking.
SHANE S
Shane S began his career in the Plumbing industry in 2021. He grew up in Stockton, IA before graduating from Durant High School. He has several certifications in CNC and first responder coaching. When he’s not working, he enjoys collecting video games, coaching youth sports and spending time with his family with 4 beautiful children.
TONY
Tony has been working in the HVAC industry since 2018. He grew up in Rock Island, IL & went to MTI for his HVAC certificate. He also has his EPA Certification. When he’s not at work, he loves spending time with his family. Tony is committed to his fitness & spiritual health goals and working with people is his passion.
Rachel
Service Accountant since November of 2019! St. Louis Cardinal fan! Her favorite part of the job is supporting colleagues. She enjoys having time to be with her family! Loves being outdoors, Camping, swimming and hanging out with her daughter!
Kevin aka K-Dub
Residential HVAC manager since October of 2023, with 26 years of experience in the trade! His favorite part of the job is customer relations and helping out wherever needed. He loves to fish and ride around on his golf cart. Kevin loves animals and has a dog (Lola) and a cat (CC). Favorite hobbies are watching his kids play soccer and basketball. Chad P (HVAC Installer and Service Technician)
Chad has 4 years in the trade and started off doing maintenance. He mostly enjoys workdays by meeting with new customers and helping them with their HVAC or plumbing issues. Chad has 3 kids and loves spending time traveling with them, watching football and camping! He secretly loves Scooby Doo and originally lived in Dixon.
Carol
Carol is the accounts payable guru at Northwest since 2022! She loves her coworkers and is “the” positivity around the office! Huge sports fan of the: Chicago Bears, Cubs, Bulls, Blackhawks and Iowa! Carol spends her time away from work with her family and friends, traveling to sporting events, concerts and musicals. She has seen Eric Church 13 times so far!!! Born and raised in Davenport Iowa.
